UQAT welcomes a CRIB delegation
As part of the activities of the Centre de Recherche sur les Infrastructures en Béton (CRIB), of which the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT) is one of seven member universities, UQAT welcomed a delegation of some fifty people for a short stay in Abitibi-Témiscamingue from August 8 to 12.
The group was made up of students and faculty from five CRIB-affiliated universities: Université de Sherbrooke, Université Laval, Polytechnique Montréal, McGill University and Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. UQAT professors Tikou Belem, Mamert Mbonimpa, Isabelle Demers and Mostafa Benzaazoua of the Institut de recherche en mines et en environnement (IRME) and Ahmed Koubaa of the Institut de recherche sur les forêts (IRF) helped organize the visit.
