CRIB research at the heart of environmental issues

"The cement industry is making considerable efforts to reduce its environmental footprint and find usable cementitious materials that can replace some of the cement and improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete," says Benoît Fournier, Director of the Centre de recherche sur les infrastructures en béton, in an interview with Constas magazine.

Mr. Fournier took the opportunity of this meeting with journalist Jean Garon to highlight the CRIB's research work on the circular economy and climate change, as well as the collaborations that are key to the success of research based on society's needs.
